Experience a chef-driven evening where seasonal flavors meet expertly crafted beer pairings at Thompson Island Brewing in Rehoboth Beach. This four-course beer dinner showcases the creativity of Chef Raul Rodriguez, Pastry Chef Dru Tevis, and Brewmaster Jimmy Valm, featuring vibrant dishes like Sea Bass Ceviche with rhubarb leche de tigre, Lobster Bread Pudding with vanilla beer blanc, Lamb Meatballs with spring pea & pomegranate tabbouleh, and a bright Cherry Rhubarb Trifle to finish. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Thompson Island craft beers, creating a seamless dining experience that celebrates bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the collaborative spirit between the kitchen and the brewhouse.
