Important

Participants must be 21+ to compete.

Stein Hoist Rules

Each participant must hold a full 1-liter stein straight out in front of their body for as long as possible.

Last person holding wins.

Competition Rules

• Stein must be held by the handle with one hand.

• Arm must stay straight and parallel to the ground.

• Elbow cannot bend.

• Free hand must remain at your side.

• Participants must stand upright.

• No excessive leaning, bracing, or resting.

• No switching hands.

• No touching the stein with your free hand.

• No spilling.

Once your arm bends, the stein drops, you spill, or you break form, you are out.

Raise your stein, hold strong, and may the steadiest arm win.
