Join us for a one-night-only Beer Dinner at Thompson Island Brewing, featuring special guest John Trogner of Tröegs Brewing Company. This annual collaboration brings together our brewing team and one of the most respected independent breweries on the East Coast for an unforgettable evening of beer and food.

The night begins with a welcome from our brewing team and John Trogner and leads into a chef-driven dinner from Chef Raul Rodriguez. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of beers from Thompson Island, Tröegs, and the collaboration release—designed to highlight the creativity and craftsmanship of both brewing teams.

Perfect for food and beer lovers alike, this intimate dinner offers the chance to meet the brewers, learn about the beers, and enjoy a seamless pairing experience in a relaxed coastal setting.
