Strawberry Crunch Rocket is landing at Thompson Island Brewing Company.
Inspired by Chef Raul’s love of Strawberry Éclair ice cream bars, this 5.3% ABV fruit beer is brewed with strawberry purée and vanilla for sweet, creamy flavor notes reminiscent of the classic frozen treat.
The label was created in collaboration with Chef Raul’s brother, Ever Argueta, founder and designer of the Delaware apparel brand Del-Bred. Inspired by the Blue Hen, Del-Bred represents strength, heritage, and authenticity—because “it’s a Delaware thang.”
