Once Around the Sun 2026 Bottle Release
Our annual barrel-aged Imperial Stout returns for Thompson Island’s birthday weekend.
This year’s Once Around the Sun spent six months aging in a peated Scotch whisky barrel, developing layers of oak, rich chocolate, dark fruit, and earthy smokiness.
Available in bottles while supplies last.
7th Anniversary Beer Dinner | 6:00 PM
Celebrate seven years of Thompson Island with a special four-course beer dinner from Sous Chef Shannon Zabel, featuring seasonal dishes paired with Thompson Island beers.
