Founded in 2015 by Rylie Maedler, the Rylie’s Smile Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping families of children with severe or terminal medical diagnoses. The foundation provides monthly assistance to more than 75 families and advocates for safer, less-toxic treatment options for pediatric patients.
