The highlight of the weekend is a free, high-energy live performance by Zydeco Jed, a five-piece Zydeco band from Virginia bringing authentic Mardi Gras sounds to Rehoboth Beach. This upbeat, dance-friendly show captures the true spirit of Louisiana and makes Thompson Island one of the top spots for live Mardi Gras music at the Delaware Beaches.
