This four-course evening showcases the creativity of Chef Raul Rodriguez, Pastry Chef Dru Tevis, and Brewmaster Jimmy Valm, featuring dishes like Veracruz-style seafood coctel, fresh fruit cart flavors with tajín, rich beef short rib barbacoa, and a bright passion fruit tres leches cake to finish.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with Thompson Island beers, creating a seamless dining experience that celebrates bold flavors and the collaboration between the kitchen and the brewhouse.
