Join us for our first ever Thompson Island Beer Pairing Dinner. Our chefs and brewmaster have collaborated to create exclusive food-beer pairings for this special evening. 1st Course: Brewer's Plate - Pork, Apple & Hemp Sausage, Point Reyes Toma,

Hot Honey Buttered Dipped Biscuit.

Beer: Little Friday Helles Lager

2nd Course: Loaded Potato Skins - TI BBQ Beef Brisket Burnt Ends,

TI Cheese Sauce, Scallions, Crispy Onions.

Beer: Thompson Island IPA

3rd Course: Slow Roasted Pork Belly- 24 hr Blackened Pork Belly,

Low Country Succotash, Red Eye Gravy.

Beer: Beautiful Mango Blood Orange Kettle Sour

4th Course: Chicken & Dumplings- Smoked Fried Chicken Thigh,

Herbed Drop Dumplings, Spring Peas, Yukon Potato, Mirepoix.

Beer: Good Times Double IPA

5th Course: Cold Brew Candy Bar Cream Pie,

Cocoa Crust, Nut Crunch, Malted Milk Whip

Beer: Magnificos Belgian Waffle Pastry Stout
