Kick off the first beer dinner of 2026 with a very special evening celebrating one of the newest creative voices in our kitchen. After joining the team last year and quietly putting in the work, Sous Chef Shannon Zabel steps into the spotlight with her first-ever four-course beer dinner.

This thoughtfully curated menu showcases Shannon’s culinary style through bold winter flavors, seasonal ingredients, and expertly paired craft beers. Each course is designed to complement the next, creating a cohesive dining experience that highlights the collaboration between kitchen and brewery.

  • $72 per person — On-site dinner (gratuity included)

  • $60 per person — Carry-out dinner
