Beer Dinner

This time, the assistants have taken control of the menu!

For the first time ever, we have asked the right hands of the Chef, the Brewmaster, and the Corporate Pastry Chef to create our menu and pairing. Sous Chef Joe, Brewer Drew, and Pastry Chef Sam have created an all-new 4-course beer pairing using two brand new beers! We'll be welcoming a few reservations in the restaurant and streaming video to all our beer dinner carry-out customers.

On-site diners will join us at 6:30pm and carry-out customers can pick up their meals between 5:00pm and 5:30pm

FIRST COURSE
Michelada Poached Shrimp Tostada
Cabbage Slaw, Avocado, Pickled Onion, Poblano, Cilantro, Lime
Paired with Slower Lower Dry Hopped Pilsner

SECOND COURSE
Wilted Brussel Salad
Bacon, Red Onion, Candied Almond, Wood Fired Peaches, Manchego, Sweet Corn Vinegrette
Paired with Mutiny Mango IPA

THIRD COURSE
Green Tea and Hop Marinated Pork Loin
Grilled Pineapple/Green Papaya Slaw, Coconut Forbidden Rice, Mango Glaze, Herbs
Paired with Clawback Double IPA

DESSERT
Cheesecake Panna Cotta
Sweet Corn Cake, Compressed Watermelon, Ginger + Lemongrass, Beautiful Kettle Sour Reduction
Paired with Beautiful Watermelon Raspberry Sour
